I knew this happened when you didn't have Quicktime installed, but I do... I could try converting them to aiff, or wav but it would be a PITA since it's quite a lot of them.
What do I do?
Some mp3s are corrupt or not licensed and cannot be opened.

uninstall quicktime and iTunes, clean the registry (if you're on PC )and reinstall the last version available, for me this was the solution.

Thanks. What did it for me eventually was actually running damn Quicktime. After I've opened it for only a few seconds, then all mp3 were OK.
