I'm sure some proud republicans will show sooner or later
punch and pie. you have to offer them something. Republicans don't do stuff for nothing.

I would have loved to see palin and obama, although I think he would have had to up the count on his secret service detail, cause palin would have been whipping up a sweet batch of ….umm what are they calling it these days…..red meat

@h-two-oh I thought freeing george zimmerman would have sweetened the pot a bit already.

okay so this is what I'm talking about, so Romney now says that he wants to help students out, but up until today he and Paul Ryan and Ryans student slasher policies have been best bed buddies, even siamese twins if you will, hence the purpose of this thread, Do republicans, concervatives, and fake independents actually believe that there is a good reason to vote for romney over obama in regards to this issue?
aren't there any republicans, concervatives, or fake independents in college, of course there are so what is compelling these people. now I know that religious beliefs can be an extremely strong motivater but Romney isn't a christian and Obama is, I know all of those people who support romney are not mormon, and they couldn't possibly all be share holders in a former company of Romneys gosh darn it ,,

Romney goes on to say that he wants the country to be fair, he says that he will stop tax dollars from going to friends of politicians.
do any of his supporters really believe that he wants to do that more than obama? I mean who believes obama really wants to do that, but Mitt Romney ?? C'mon his supporters have to be smarter than that and i know they are, so what could it be……...

Barack obama is using past Presidents as his mentors in his speeches. Who are these Presidents that inspire him ? Wilson,FDR,LBJ,Carter ? All socialist "progressive " Presidents just like obama. Nope,he uses Ronald Reagan and Abraham Lincoln as examples of great Presidents. Both Republicans. Who is kidding whom libtools ?

yeah except that somewhere along the lines last century the meaning/values of the parties actually flipped. so Lincoln was a Democrat by today's standards, but Reagan, well Reagan is still the same thing he always was.

I still don’t get what the commenter’s point is, but mostly by closing it with “Who is kidding whom libtools?”

But this brings up the fact that Obama’s administration can pretty much be defined by pandering to Republicans and in many cases passing their agenda, and how do they thank him? “Well, fuck him anyway!!” and their constituents just go along with it.

i am still looking forward to hearing Obama in the debates... i think he is going to have a nice long check list that is going to be slightly more difficult to dispute than expected.

edit: butchered post while attempting to quote. above is all that remains.

He's passing the Republican's Agenda?

omfg

Nearly every major bank CEO and senior executive who's held a position in Obama's administration or been an advisor - and there's a shitload of them - are Dems; mostly ex-Goldman Sachs. Jebus, most of his fucking advisors are goddamn bankers.

The amount of banking current and ex CEOs who are registered Dems is too numerous to count.

Brah, whatever. I'll just keep sitting back and enjoy the fantasy you guys have that Dems actually give a shit about you.

^ i didn't say that the demns do, but i KNOW the Repubics don't... but they will if i:

A. suddenly get rich or moved up and out of the middle class tax bracket
B. get a job running a company that keeps a bunch of middle and lower class serfs with their noses above water (barely) while making unGODly profits in the process
C. pay my taxes through my own business thus aligning me with their preferred M.O.

Bankers probably know lots about the economy. If you know how to skim you should know the books well enough to save to... if motivated. *shrugs*

it's just something to watch happen. none of this matters because one vote is nothing.. the electoral college makes goddam sure of that.

oh and what i said was... the republicans are passing his... after modifying it like Vanilla did with Under Pressure.
