Installing stock Operator presets???

When I installed Ableton Live, I cancelled the installation of the presets so that it would install less/unneeded data to conserve space. Now I'm thinking I want to play around with Operator's presets.

How do I install them? Does this require a full re-installation of Ableton or is there an easier way to specifically get JUST THESE presets without all the samples and presets that I don't want?

Make a new library, install them there, copy them out.
