Why is users help forum locked?
This seems strange? What's up with the user forum? And why does my looper drop in volume after the loop is recorded? Just thought I'd throw it in there since I don't know where else to find this answer.

they closed the help forum because they want people to use the "answers" section.
your looper problem could be caused by various things:
monitoring - if you have looper in a return channel and while you record a loop you hear both the recording looper and the original channel, then obviously the volume will drop when the looper plays alone
volume setting: there is a knob allowing looper to reduce volume afeter each cycle of playing the loop. did you set this to anything else than 100%?
