Live & Lion: "list" view in open/save dialog boxes

In Lion, when using "list" view within open/save dialog boxes, Ableton gets the date format wrong. I've got my region format set for Australia, which uses a date format of "dd/mm/yyyy", and Ableton consistently uses a "mm/dd/yy" date format in "list" view in the open & save dialog boxes.

Occurs in 8.2.6, 8.2.7b1 and 8.2.7b2 on two different machines both running 10.7.2.

Screenshot below. The Ableton "open" dialog box is on the left, Finder is on the right. Finder has the appropriate Australian date format, Ableton has the US format.

I know it's a minor thing, but it is quite annoying for people who use date formats other than mm/dd/yyyy (e.g. us Australians)... been around for quite a while now without a fix too - since 8.2.6.

I'd noticed this and thought maybe it was a Lion thing. Went rummaging around in settings menus trying to fix it but couldn't find anything! If it's Lives fault then I'd definitely like it changed as Live projects are one of the times I'm mostly looking at dates trying to work out which of the many projects is the least-shit-yet-before-I-fucked-it-up version!

Finally seems to be fixed in 8.3.1b1... woo!
