I should imagine that we will be asked to submit our Ableton file with all the parts etc?

that's for sure, it's in the rules of the contest, i was wondering about the range of time, for i have a gig in London next saturday and will be staying for 5 days there, but no big deal, the only thing needed is an internet connectione, the files travel with me :D

i haven't even listened to them but i have seen a lot of vote-for-me-please spamposts on a lot of places, including ableton live social groups on facebook.
as per principle i ignored them all heh.
but yeah, dodgy to say the least; the more "friends" you have the more votes you get. not so much about talent, composition and all that after all eh.

Congratulations to all those in the top 25! There are some really fantastic tracks in there.

You should all be proud.

Well done! :D

cheaters should be removed not just have the false votes taken.

The high amount of votes they bought themselves will have got their track in the top 25 unfairly, thus gaining them more votes from being on the Ableton homepage when they should not have been in the first place. extinguish the cheats, make sure they know its not worth it so we are not plagued with cheating in future competitions please. You owe them nothing Ableton dont shy away from coming down hard on the very tiny minority of contestants that cheated.

Ive just got my hands on Mr bills project file and I'm going through it now. What can I say? WOW. If Mr bill dosnt win I will switch to bitwig :p but seriously It is insane all the drums were made from that one nasaj thing loop, the automation is hurting my head. The whole project is really complex.

The top 25 will hopefully change if they remove the cheaters instead of just taking away their false votes. Ever since the cheating begun the "voting" system was completely out of whack. I hope that really consider doing more then just the 25.. at least listen to the top 50.

Ableton remained true to their name!! They have removed hundreds and hundreds of fake votes, changing the line-up drastically! Everybody in the top 25 only has votes they earned. Well done ableton!
