Behringer BCF2000 - Get Faders to reset '0' when powered on

When i first got the BCF2000, i would turn it on, and hear a sound, and all the motors would '0' all faders. - So no matter what position i left it in, When i turned on my studio power and all device's came on, the faders would move to 0, ready to move to the correct position when i open ableton. -

But i dumped a few settings to it and got an error ER22 . And the device became 'bricked' - it wouldn't send or receive. - SO i dumped the factory settings (.SYX) using MIDI OX, And now when i dump the ableton 'script' - i get the error, but it works - APART from returning to 0 when powered on. - How can i stop this error and get it to function as normal again?

If its any help, i have midi yoke and midi ox installed? and im using the BCF in sw1 or U1 mode i think?
