Just got the email that it has started in limited beta testing. Curious to hear more...

90% of that was a blatant rip-off of Live. I look forward to a mini Apple vs. Samsung type legal scuffle.

Some of them have worked at ableton. Eg Claes used to have his own company, he did a stint at ableton during the creation of L8, then left just before the public beta to start Bitwig.
They each have a varied history and spent various amounts of time at ableton, each doing different jobs.
But they aren't " the original developers"
