ableton 9 wig!

Post by majicmonk » Thu Mar 29, 2012 12:07 pm

Holy mackerel batman. It seems all of our feature requests have finally been answered!

Looks like even the ableton staff got fed up of bugfixing and went about doing ableton 9 themselves!!! Poor old abes, looks like they've been left high and dry.

I wonder if they are actually Ableton looking to rebrand after a disasterous 8th revision?

Bitwig webpage and interface both look horrible. Wish people would chill out - I'm still scratching the surface of ableton's functionality after years - ableton 9, bitwig, pro tools 10 will not magically make great music for you - you have to learn to use what it CAN do for you. If you can genuinely say it's not for you after that then change platform but it's weird how anyone bitching about ableton 8 thinks ableton 9 will suddenly be the DAW for them - think it through! Does my head in..

And there's a lot of things it could take from BW to make it better.
