Bitwig?

Bitwig?

Has anyone heard about this new DAW in beta right now called Bitwig? It looks a lot like Logic made babies with Ableton and I think I heard that some old Ableton makers helped design it. Anyway, It looks wicked and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.

To be fair, that super long thread lost its way a long time ago. It was nice to be able to find a link to something tangible about Bitwig here. Whereas with that other thread, there's lots of img's, jokes, and nonsense. Maybe this same link is embedded in that thread, maybe not. I'd have to comb through 89 pages

Wow. Plenty of talk of version 2 in that sonic state article, which seems a bit hasty given that they haven't even released version 1 yet.
