thanks for that mate, just starting listening to this & it's stellar. Real cool idea for a collab; just might have to pop for the album!

Seeing older dudes like that gives me hope I can still get somewhere with music.

But then I realize they arrived on the scene 20 years ago, not just this month. :x

If you ever see an article titled Unknown Bedroom Producer of 20 Years Suddenly Gets Huge please post the link! :x

Or, in the case of Lee Scratch Perry, 40+ years. Pretty cool that he's remained relevant for that long IMO.

I hope this shit is monuMENTAL. Historic figures with not much time left...this isn't some old farts coming out with a new album, hopefully it's memoir soup with new ingredients.

Oh nice they're releasing and album with him too

saw lee perry in cali a long time ago...it was his 70th birthday that night...that would put him at ~80+ now...

it was just him and a (statue-like) dj,

dude is hilarious though....mid-set he put his fist in the air and yelled:

'im 70 years old! and my dick can stay hard like this all nite long!!" (shakes arm/fist in the air)

crowd goes fukkin bonkers, lol

"all nite long, all night long......" haha

Legendary! All of it.....the mix is great! Saw Orb Live in the early 90's, trippy to the max.
And the story above about Lee Perry.....fab!

Oh god I would've loved to see Orb in the early 90's. Orbvs Terrvrvm is like, my higher mind on shrooms but primal at the same time. It's like when you've gone exploring deep into the forest in the middle of the night and you start to get scared until you decide to just let it go and let it envelope you and it eats you and you become it. It's like meeting the Boatman and traveling through the Duat.

Their sound design and mixing is awesome, studiowork and live on stage. Was amazing to hear and see it live, totally blew me away: crispy, deep, warm, spacious, multidimensional Sound Experience, all groovy........

Excellent, Thanks for posting this.
I had forgotten all about the documentary until now which I'm about to order and should be watching very soon.
