the 1st clip was funny as heck.. well produced.. attention to details..

I really don't like the over-editing in these clips...
also the 2nd clip.. some very very very bad shots.. no sense of shadows etc.
some stuff doesn't stick.. there's no staying power... while the song and vocalist are peaking (near the end) ...
you see some folks just not really into him walking on the side..
also there's a guy with a stills cam visible in the shot..
amateur town...

highly unlikely that the 2 clips were directed by the same guy..

PSY (aka Park Jae-Sang) is a South Korean rapper / singer and his latest album features a number called Gangnam style (link) which is not only a catchy tune (IMO) the videoclip itself is also fun to look at.
