Tone 2 ElectraX Demo crashing Live on launch. Anyone?

Throws Ableton into 'A serious problem has occured, Live will shut down amediately' on launch. anyone having this problem?

I've tried ElextraX before on a previous XP machine, no problems, but my new Windows 7 machines are "Not avin it mate".

I'm trying various Beta's from Tone 2, this is an issue possibly with Windows 7, but the workarounds thus far have been unsuccessful.

I have the full version of ElectraX and have no problem with it.
