hi

i have problems mp3 files i purchased from amazon
live would not let me import them
what i did was use a sound editor
to change the mp3's into flac and
worked fine in live
what i should try next time this happens
is just import them in to audacity
and export as mp3 and see if they will work
try using a editor (audacity.sourceforge.net is good and free)
and see what happens

If your using Windows Media Player to rip the Cd, you want to make sure that your selecting the rip as Mp3 option. I think that option is only available on the latest version of Windows Media Player. Once you rip as Mp3, you just have to find the file location and drop the file into Ableton.
