Live 8 - Live 9 + Push - Real price?

I live in England
If I order Live 9 upgrade and Push its £480 for me but when the UPS or FED EX van arives at my house will he charge £150 for VAT and handling charge?
Ive ordered goods from over seas before and UPs adds 30% on top and asks at your door for it or he wont give it you.

Will we be able to buy Live 9 upgrade and Push from a local seller? If so what will that price be with vat . I know in the Uk they add 20% VAT so it could be well over £550

It's coming from newport so no it wont get held at customs and taxed, thats for outside of Europe I believe. I ordered a boxed version before and it was fine.

Or go for the digital version?

Right thanks its Push thats making it complicated because that will have to have VAT added to it. So does Ableton have a warehouse in newport?
