There are 2 sets of legs... Main desk looks like re purposed material or the like.

The wood/laminate part of the desk is quite simple to make. If you are not practical or skilled then a cabinet maker could put that together in no time if you wanted the ‘industrial’ look. Look for a second hand ‘trestle’ table. Remove legs and install on new desk top.

Looks to be approx 1600mm x 800mm. Two standard sheets of MDF or ply or demolition paneling would do the job.

the desk is fine, the messy cables around it are off-putting.

The clean lines, the natural wood pared with steel legs. I don't know - I'm Danish, and have a liking for Scandinavian design. Maybe that's it…
