Transient Shaper in Ableton?

I know there are plenty of plug-in Transient Shapers out there but does Ableton have one that is native to the program?

Also native vibrato/tremolo effect would be nice

Yes, Live 9's Compressor can be used as an expander.

Autopan with the phase set to zero does a nice tremolo.

The multiband comp in Live 8 will do expansion, too.

I'm actually just looking for a Transient Shaper with simple Attack and Release parameters.
