How do I "HowSwap" multiple tracks at the same time?

I have Guitar Tracks and a Bass Tracks that I would like to Automatically HotSwap presets when I change scenes.

I currently have 4 tracks with a Normal Guitar Preset, Dist Guitar Preset, Electric Bass Preset, and Distorted Bass Preset.

However, I would like to do the following

Scene A) Regular, non distorted Guitar Preset on Track 1 and Normal Bass on Track 2
Scene B) Distorted Guitar Preset on Track 1 and Slightly Overdriven Bass on Track 2

How do you Automate HotSwap?

Idk if you can automate hot swap(im at work or i'd try), but you can have both fx racks on each respective track and automate the on/off of each.

You can't hotswap it, but you could do it with CliphX
