Profire 610 Cue SetUp

Hi everyone, I have:
M-Audio Profire 610
Ableton Live 8

I'm running my main monitors from 1/2 output and have headphone on the 1st headphone jack in the front. I also have a Mic on line input 1, I would like to send everything to the headphones so only my friend can hear himself and the music, and have no audio coming out from my monitors, how can I do this?
