Send to effects sends from inside Max for Live device

Is it possible to send audio out from within a m4l device to the global effects tracks in Ableton? Just like sending audio out from a normal ableton track to the effects via send etc.

I did a search on this forum and it wasn't quite clear if this is possible.

Not possible. M4L doesn't support audio routing across tracks.

And send~and receive~ are not accurate, as far as i know.

From the documentation Max vs. M4L:

The use of the send~ and receive~ objects to pass audio between Max for Live devices is not supported.

So when using it you may get unexpected results if any.

Kind of surprising. I would think this would be a very useful and obvious feature to include.
