Blade Runner is a masterpiece & one of the most influential sci-fi films of all time. The merging of music & image is breathtaking.nathannn wrote:I've never seen this movie and just downloaded it because of this picture...steko wrote:

I should mention that im not a fan of sci-fi so my opinion really doesn't count... but im not going to mention that.
But still.. not impressed at all.
What I did get out of the movie is pretty much this:
In 7 years Koss is going to be considered high end,
Atari will once again be a big name,
Pan Am will come back to be the biggest Airliner in the world,
we will have flying cars but, they apparently run on coal and emit enough carbon monoxide to pollute half of a city street,
we will all have dim green lights shining in and out of our apartments and houses,
red slimy lipstick makes a comeback,
it will take a few seconds to zoom in on photos,
and we will perfect every aspect of the cyborg except its eyes, we will just over look that huge detail.
oh, and it rains all the time and its always night.
