it's largely 'stupid humour' but I laughed so much at that movie and watched it about 10 times. It's one of my all time favourites.

I actually almost came back to this thread because I was reading a book the other day that listed the original UN convention definition of genocide from Raphael Lemkin.. any one of the points counted as genocide, and point (d) was:

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
