I've mapped my MIDI to change the wobble of the dubstep loop I made to make the wobble go faster or slower (1/8, 1/16, 1/24), but I seem to have this problem: When I alternate the speeds of the wobble in the middle of recording, it sounds like it changes, but when I play back the recording, it doesn't change. How do I fix this. It's really frustrating. :x

You're trying to record automation in session view, which is a feature only available in live 9.

You have three options:
1. Record the automation in ARRANGMENT VIEW
2. Edit the clip envelope in session view manually, don't record in real time.
3. Wait a bit and upgrade to live 9.

Or set up an audio track with the audio input set to the bass wobble track and record the result as audio.
