How To Share An Ableton Instrument I Create?

I have created and Ableton instrument with all the sounds. Now how do I share it with others and all the samples it is made of, etc.?

Create a new empty session, drag the instrument to a track within this session, do a "safe all". The instrument and all related samples will be part of this session and the whole thing can be given away.
