How to save midi clip?

Post by cbit » Sat Jul 23, 2005 7:14 pm

I'm trying to store a midi clip i created in the browser of Live5 (from the arrange window, incase it makes a difference). dragging and dropping doesn't seem to work. I dont see information on it in the manual either, although i might have overlooked something.

anyone help me out?

just re-read the chapter a bit more successfully this time :)

so you can only drag clips to the browser from the session view..

is there any reason why its not possible from arrange view too?

It seems unnecessarily fiddly to have to drop a clip into the session view first if you're not working in that view, but still want to store clips.

Choose "export midi clip" from the menu.
