anoyone know where i can find the sample that yell hey? i hear it in a lot of moombahton and trap songs.

You could sample the Hey! from "Close to the Edit" by The Art of Noise.
That's where Prodigy got it from for Firestarter, and got the 5 members of AON co-songwriting credits on a rather massive hit.

sort of what im looking for. its more like a shorter more agressive sounding "ay!"
