Live 9 Manual contents page

Hi-

The Live 9 manual doesn't appear to have a contents page/ list of chapter headings (Mac 32 bit version anyway).

Does anyone have a copy of the manual with this?

Just open the sidebar in Preview (or whatever PDF viewer you're using.)
