Using sample rate to create half time effect?

Post by ProfoundTactics » Fri Mar 29, 2013 4:21 pm

I actually stumbled across this by accident. I noticed that if you change the sample rate, you get some really cool effects. This is probably common knowledge, but I love the half time effect it creates.

I was wondering if there was a way to export the audio and still keep the effect? If I change the sample rate, then go to export, it just renders the original sound. Not the slowed down version.

Any tips on achieving that?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. Just had a search around, but can't seem to find any decent tutorials. How would I go about doing this?
