Hello!
Im just starting out making music with ableton. i start takeing piano lessons next month (to understand theory and use a midi keyboard) and just dont know how to start (either producing electronic music nor working with ableton). Can i use ableton live 8 tutorials for 9, for example the electronic music production guide by tom cosm?

I don't see why not. Have you gone through the Live Lessons as well as checked out all the stuff over at YouTube? There are actual Ableton tutorials and other people (pro's and non-Pro's) that have channels there with free videos.

i feel a little left alone after doing the live lessons. i'd like a tutorial where someone explains producing with ableton live, in a combination. just because i know how to put midi notes into ableton i dont know how to produce music.

Based on your needs, I would suggest the Live manual, YouTube, and Google. Also consider DubSpot, Sonic Academy, or Point Blank. There's probably others too.
