ControlChange8 crashes Live 9.03bx (64bit Mac)

I have installed all new devices, Max6.1.1 and the newest Live 64bit beta on MacOS X.6.8.

ControlChange8 which I used before for my projects is crashing Live (reproducible!).
Other m4l devices are running fine so far.

Mac OS X.6.8, Live9suite, Logic 9, Cubase 6.5.
