Sorry for not catching this before the 9.04 release --
On Windows 32 bit, ctrl+0 doesn't seem to toggle global quantize to on/off. It strictly active/deactivates clip, as if I weren't holding ctrl. The other shortcuts (ctrl 1-9) work as expected. I'm at work and cannot test on OSX or 64 bit windows right now.
If ctrl 0 has been deprecated, it is still listed as a keyboard shortcut in the quantize menu dropdown.
