"Sync" 2 Live sessions inc playbackheads of individual clips

Hi There,

Im looking for functionality which "syncs" two ableton sessions over network. I want Ableton session A which is located at the stage to drive Ableton Session B which is located at the FOH. I want to use Ableton session B to generate sync data to drive video and lighting so the content of Ableton session B is different but the clips would be similarly named and be triggered in sync with Ableton Session A.

-With what is launched Session A (master on stage)? manually (enter or with a hardware controller?)
-Is there an audio card with Midi out Data (not USB)? and is there a midi in data for session B (FOH) ? directly by network and what is the protocol ?
