Snapping to grid live 9.

For those who dislike live 9 smart snapping, -EditorNoteResizeSnapsOnGridOnly in options.txt, enjoy. :lol:

Edit:: Not %100 sure this is doing anything useful.

I snapped out of it, I just can't snap back into it

All Live 9 needs is a fix to this feature and a new browser and it will be as good or better than Live 8.

This should be switchable in Live, sometimes the new smart snapping is genius, other times I needed to switch it off quickley
