If you buy the boxed upgrade, you get the upgrade Serial Number sent with your order confirmation. So you can download and unlock the new version straight away, while the atoms follow along in the post.

I recently bought a bundle (Live 4 + M-Audio Firewire Audiophile) from the webshop and received the reg code and package without any issues. The reg code was sent to me the same day and received the package within a week.

No stickers or t-shirts? The new logo isnt that appealing to be excited over with the upgrade. Rather have the written manual and a hardcopy of Live 5 everythingelse is icying on the cake.
Vote for Pedro.
