program change filter

hi

this is an urgent request: i've tried to find a device that could filter incoming Program Change messages but couldn't find any.
can you guys help?
what i need is a device that would be placed before an instrument rack and that would filter our PC messages, letting the rest through.

i'm playing a gig on saturday and would need it as a safety net.
