IMO even just the one post I quoted where he/she actually did use the term "dumb yankees" is enough, but I think most of those 63 with the * definitely contain something along the same lines. There is no question that myrnova has said actual racist things directly aimed at americans and justified it because of their government. They do have just cause to be pissed off.

I do think there is a cultural thing here. Maybe in Italy myrnova genuinely wouldn't mind if someone from England or Australia said "You dumb wog, you gave us the mafia and the catholic church" or something equally as vile and stupid... but someone who had grown up in Australia with Italian parents would likely feel very offended and it would probably lead to violence.

I guess maybe if I condense down what I've been trying to say to you all along it is that you ARE offending people here. This isn't a broader philosophical discussion about whether what you are saying should offend them, although I think that conversation needs to be had to establish boundaries, but the point is you ARE, so maybe you should put a little more effort into using more diplomatic language.
