lmao. the only samples in there are the drums. if you think it sounds like an interlude than you've never heard of artistic direction.H20nly wrote:i missed it. just listened. sounds like an interlude. i hear a sample at 1:00 - 1:03.starving student wrote: I like that track that rakim posted

Appreciate the invite, ss, but I'm not sure I'll have the time to whip anything up - getting ready to head back out on to the road for a few months as a hired gun for a fairly well known band - but a nostalgia act, unfortunately. This time we're Asia bound to boot. Hope I don't come down with elephantitis or some weird jungle rot on me shreddin spider-fingers. I'll catch you on the next rotation.starving student wrote:a Styles you wanna get in on this, we still got room for some cuts on the 1s and 2s, still got room to drop samples and other instrumentation
I don't know what everybody thinks yet but guess we should take it to where ever we're gonna take it, share your thoughts if you're involved?

Re: Where are all the Hip Hop Producers?
damn dude... aggro much? I meant that the part at 1:00 - 1:03 sounds like it would make a good sample.rakim87 wrote:lmao. the only samples in there are the drums. if you think it sounds like an interlude than you've never heard of artistic direction.H20nly wrote:i missed it. just listened. sounds like an interlude. i hear a sample at 1:00 - 1:03.starving student wrote: I like that track that rakim posted

Re: Where are all the Hip Hop Producers?
damn rakim... You leave a nasty taste in my mouth. I was paying you a compliment. You complain about destroying the community and act like a dickhead at the same time. self fulfilling prophecy much?
go ahead... align yourself with machinesfuckingoff... a mult... a login specifically created for the purpose of trolling and creating discord. maybe you two can pave the way to artistic direction together. Lashing out and being a fucking asshole is so much more esoteric.
Heaven forbid some of us come together and make some music... absurd!
