Yes I agree. Unfortunately it is par for the course. I don't know what is sadder - his need to make endless reams of racist, mean, and nasty posts; his apparent tendency to revel in the irritation he generates; or the fact that this is how he gets his jollies on the internet. Since the mods appear not to be prepared to ban him, we have to put up with it
