How to play random samples with a single button?

Post by Giacomo17 » Fri Oct 04, 2013 10:34 pm

Hi again folks! So here's my question: I want to be able to hit a single mapped button, and each time I do, it plays one of a chosen set of samples. So, I hit it once, it plays clip A. I hit it again. It plays clip D. Hit it again. It plays clip K.

I imagine its a max for live device. But maybe not. Any ideas???

Thanks so much!

midi effect 'random' in round robin mode can do something close to this.
MacBook Pro 13" Retina i7 2.8 GHz OS 10.13, L10.0.1, M4L.
MacStudio M1Max 32Go OS 12.3.1
