Re: M4L device: Safe Push Performance 1.0
I think that's not possible right now, at least I couldn't find a way to get access to that component through m4l. But if you haven't so far check out this device: viewtopic.php?f=55&t=197245

Re: M4L device: Safe Push Performance 1.1
Added some controls to disable in v1.1.
If anyone has an idea why sometimes the presets are not recalled properly please drop me a line.

Re: M4L device: Safe Push Performance 1.2
With the latest update v1.2 finally the temporary switches between session and note mode by holding Session or Note button are now respected. I recommend to update if you haven't already.
Regarding the presets not beeing recalled properly after reloading a set with the device on: it now looks like that it might be a problem just on my personal setup.
Edit: this problem seems to be gone after a clean installation of Max 6.1.4! If you experience any problems with preset recalling I strongly recommend updating to 6.1.4, especially if you are a Windows user.

Re: M4L devices for Push
Very useful thread! I hope other M4L experts get creative for Push as well and maybe link their devices here in this thread.Because789 wrote:I'm gonna collect some m4l devices for Push here:

Re: M4L devices for Push
Color picker doesn't have a color by scene option?

Re: M4L devices for Push
Thank you Ted and Tom! Yeah, feel free to post your Push devices here, I'm gonna link them in OP. And as always, feedback and requests are also very welcome.
@yur2die4: not so far. It should be fairly simple to add it, but the main problem is to find a button combination which somehow makes sense, which is "playable" (something like Select + Tap Tempo + a button from the 8x8 grid wouldn't be very convenient) and first and foremost doesn't interfere with the Push's default mode. It would be great to get some feedback first how the current combination is working for you. Suggestions for alternatives would be great too.
Edit: I'm gonna add the possibility to pick the color for all clips of a scene in a future release, but if you can't wait, just open the device, search for "path live_set view selected_track" and replace it by "path live_set view selected_scene".

Could a color be added to Drum Rack pads?

Re: M4L devices for Push
Might be possible, I haven't thought about that, will check it for the next release.TomViolenz wrote:Could a color be added to Drum Rack pads?
Edit: according to the LOM only track, scene and clip colors are accessible, I'm afraid...

Doesn't surprise me, as those are the only things you can color in the Live GUI.Because789 wrote:Might be possible, I haven't thought about that, will check it for the next release.TomViolenz wrote:Could a color be added to Drum Rack pads?

I just hoped there might be a way.
