What is the diffrence between academic version and regular version of live 5?
Does anybody know?

They are identical! Price is the only difference.

i just ordered LIVE 5 for the academic price. (cuts price in half) just show proof to ableton that you're in school...
doesnt come with a shirt and mousepad though, but after heavily weighing the options, i went for the academic price instead

inspiration. fingers. LIVE 7

don't you have to study anything related to music? or is the offer valid to all students?

I think you just have to prove that you are a student...I thought it had to be music student at first, but I don't think it matters.

Yes I love the price for academic version,$259 compare to 499.
