In Arrangement View there should be a box near the transport section or loop region section that contains currently selected Chord Progression on the timeline.
Chord Progressions would be defined by CHORD PROGRESSION SET LOCATOR MARKER (Not to be mixed with existing SET MARKER). This would greatly enhance compositional workflow on song arrangements!
The CHORD PROGRESSION box should have a "SHOW/HIDE" setting in the user preference menu.
If no CHORD PROGRESSION SET LOCATOR MARKER is set for a part on the timeline, then the CHORD PROGRESSION box would display -- (Blank), but otherwise it would display F#7, AM, Cm, etc. as defined by the TIMELINE MARKER CHORD selection.
You can also create dedicated MIDI effects that function based on the selected CHORD PROGRESSION against the timeline.

+1
I usually have a website or picture pulled up to do this now. It would be nice to have it built in
