Keep focus of Note Mode when adjusting parmeters in Return?

Super busy right now and don't have much free time to spare, sorry if this comes of as being lazy.

But is there a way to keep Push's Note Mode Locked to a specific midi channel while trying to adjust the parameters of a Return track? Or the parameters of any other track for that matter?

Kinda lame if i can't hear the adjustments made on a send/return while playing the instrument I want effected.

Keep the track (or device...) button pressed while doing your changes. A lot of Push buttons have a momentary behavior.
