I've been trying to automate some clips sending MIDI CC from an Analog Four. I've set the A4 to send MIDI CC via a Roland UM-550 MIDI device, and I've set the device and port on (track on and remote on) in Live's MIDI preferances. But what more should I do for it to record MIDI CC? I've tried to just turn some of the knobs on the A4 to see if Live responds to it by writing to the automation of a clip, but nothing really happens.
I've searched the manual and online for this, but haven't found any good information on how to do it. So, anyone care to shed some light?
Any help would be much appreciated!
