New iPhone! Wait no, weed!

As somebody who only occasionally smokes weed I guess I can't understand people standing in long ass lines to get it. As historic as it might be.

It's interesting, something Washington is watching very closely. We're only slated to get around 30-40 stores here in Seattle, no way that will be enough either. Some of the legal prices the CO people are crazy, $60 for an 1/8th?

I'll stick with medical dispensaries as long as possible. Decent price, no waiting in line, and there's 5 within walking distance of my house.

Or so I hear.

I’ve seen a bunch of pictures of long lines at weed stores and have to say the general appearance of the people standing in line isn’t helping counter the “this is what a pothead looks like” naysayers. :x

Round here, I could get some seriously quality stuff for $10 a gram. But I won't. I'm more of a Dr Pepper guy.

Most of the medicinaries around here sell at that price for top quality stuff, sometimes you see stuff for $15-20 a gram, but it's generally not worth it IMO. Often times you can find older buds they just want to clear out for as cheap as $20 an 1/8, still quality stuff though.

If it ends up around $60 in Seattle once it goes on sale publicly later this year, no one will buy it. Too easy to get it elsewhere for cheaper, so hopefully things even out and the legal options get closer to the illegal ones.
