What's your current favourite song/track

I was going to just post my new favourite song by my new favourite local band but thought I would make this a 'universal' thread for all to post their CURRENT fave track/song by a local artist in your own town/city.

I recently discovered a local outfit who just blew me away with their sound and songs. They are young and currently recording their first album in a home studio. This track is the first single (I think) and the vid is crazy beautiful...as is the song. It's so great when you come across a local artist who you just know is going to go on to make great music.
