how do I load clips from another file into the current one?

I am working on songs with a buddy and we both will be working on our own songs in our own studios. He will change some things in the song while at the same time I'm changing things too. So I need to know how to add his new parts to the same song I'm working on. I don't see an import clips option and I couldn't find anything in the search.

yeah, find the tracks in the browser, unfold em and drag in the tracks you want.
