My quick suggestion would be to put that sofa on the back wall where the windows are if at all possible?

Would give you more room on and around the sides to put those cabinets and also perhaps build some custom units to fit so that you can later add in keyboards and other instruments and have space there to do so.

If you can trap all the corners, that is a good start. Make sure you have absorption panels at the first reflection points of the monitors. This would usually be on the side walls, just slightly behind your seated position where each monitor points. Stick a mobile panel above your head using some hook/eye screw in rings and make it height adjustable for your position and to suit your needs.

i think your room is too small to ever have a really good response in the low end, plus the width and height are the same. even with a fair amount of acoustic treatment it will always be a case of learning what the weirdnessness in the room are and compensating for them.

most people will suggest that you don't put a sub in a room like that.
