According to Google it's the Professional Darts Corporation. It's also the Pole Dance Community.

For DAWs however, it's Plugin Delay Compensation - also via Google if you search daw pdc

I binged it - that's where I went wrong. If I googled it, I wouldn't of had to waste your time. However, I did see a very long list of other PDC's. But I knew how much you guys love to help out and that someone would know the answer.
