I really don't know...
but I would guess it might be in the RetroSynths pack (I believe it is part of 9 suite...). There are tons of those funky synths in there, although I don't know if that one in particular is there.
If that is a custom sound of his, RetroSynths is still going to be the best spot in Live to find something close enough to tweak to get that sound. In my opinion RetroSynths might be one of the only packs in Live that has sounds for Funk/Soul. But also it is the way he is playing that sound that makes it sound funky.

Hopefully one of the Tweak-Gods will respond, cause I don't think that sound would be that hard to make, I am just clueless with custom sounds. I actually think that's one of the first sounds the Tweak-Gods teach when learning synthesis.

I'm telling you up front, I suck at programming/tweaking synths... But I did want to at least try to make it.
Mine is coming out a little metallic in the mid range and I don't fully (or at all) understand how the frequency/resonence stuff works... Maybe you can get it closer, and if you do, Dropbox it back to me.

Here's the Analog file in my Dropbox...

I had the octaves in the wrong range for the default keyboard range of PUSH to match the vid. So I just changed octave range and re-saved in this one...

Oh, and if you try it on different devices/synths... The thing I remember about most Funk synths (from 20 years ago) is most...
use at least 2 oscillators one of them detuned 1 octave,
Are usually in mono mode,
Will usually have Glide in Legato mode,
And the release on everything as close to Zero as possible (as soon as your finger comes off sound stops abruptly). Analog has 4 places you need to adjust that release 2 filters and 2 amps..

That's the only 4 rules I remember about Funk Synths... and usually they're square waves. Hope that helps

All I did was put the 2 Oscillator Octave to -1 instead of 0 and it sounds well enough for me, lol. Try it and let me know what you think.

Nice!
Another thing I just did (I don't know why I didn't think of it before.... So I have to thank YOU for this...), I took a few of these Ableton presets that I'm always complaining about and applied the 'funk rules' to them and a whole new world opened up for me. There are TONS of Analog presets that give me that classic J-Dilla sound as soon as I chopped the release, put in Mono mode turned on Glide and Legato. A couple of them I switched the wave to sine wave for one of the oscillators and dropped the octave... Straight Dilla!
You have to do this asap!
